Full Time Housekeeping/Cleaning Staff

Our 5-star hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeping/Cleaning Staff to join our team. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean bathrooms
- Restock supplies in guest rooms such as toiletries and coffee/tea amenities
- Clean public areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, and common spaces
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to hotel management
- Follow all safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Salary: $1500 per month (tax-free)
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Accommodation: Not provided (candidates must arrange their own accommodation)
Visa Sponsorship: Provided by the company (for non-Qatari nationals)
