Part-Time Moderator (Siauliai)


A growing online community is in need of a Part-Time Moderator to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for its members. The ideal candidate will be based in Siauliai and have a strong understanding of online forums and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online community for inappropriate or offensive content
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other moderators and community managers to address issues
- Provide support to members experiencing technical difficulties
- Assist with organizing virtual events and activities for the community

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Knowledge of online forums and social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills

- Familiarity with cultural norms, trends, and sensitivities in Siauliai (preferred)

Salary:
This is a part-time position with an hourly rate of 1100$. The number of hours per week may vary depending on the needs of the community.
