Job Title: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within our company. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
- Identify and secure necessary resources for project completion
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and upper management
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage risks and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation
- Knowledge of project management methodologies

Location: This position is located in Almada but can be done remotely from any country. We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation.
