Fullstack Developer



Are you an experienced Fullstack Developer looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team in Svalbard on a contract basis. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop high-quality code for both front-end and back-end components using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python
- Implement and maintain database systems to store and retrieve data efficiently
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure optimal performance and functionality
- Conduct regular testing to identify any bugs or issues and make necessary updates or changes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our software solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
- Strong proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or AngularJS
- Experience with back-end development using Python or Node.js
- Knowledge of database design and management using SQL or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working on cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Understanding of DevOps principles for continuous integration and delivery

Salary: $1700 per month (accommodation provided)
Location: Svalbard (open to all nationalities)
Duration: Contract position (6 months)
