Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team of our company in La-Condamine. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue by developing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and motivating your team to achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed
- Ensure accurate forecasting of sales targets and report on progress to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless operations
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Valid work permit for La-Condamine (accommodation provided)
