Sales Manager


As a Sales Manager in La-Condamine, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify potential clients and develop strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies based on findings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
