Sales Manager


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, identifying potential customers, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Negotiate contracts and prices with customers to ensure profitability for the company
- Analyze sales data to track performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials that support sales efforts
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitors' activities, and market changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales management or relevant role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors' activities, and customer needs
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport required for travel
