Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Riyadh. Your main duties will include planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budget and expenses to ensure cost effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare reports and documentation for project progress, budget, and timeline reviews

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the city of Riyadh or similar location preferred
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, means/methods, materials, equipment usage/operation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
