We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept development to final construction. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You must be proficient in architectural software and have excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

As the Senior Architect, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing all aspects of the design process and ensuring quality standards are met
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Creating detailed drawings and 3D models using architectural software
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure feasibility of designs
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Leading a team of architects and providing mentorship and guidance as needed
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Staying updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
