We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking baker to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an entry-level baker, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and baking of a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proof boxes
- Shape dough into various forms for different products
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
- Prepare fillings, icings, and toppings for baked goods
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs/23kg)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Our bakery is located in the beautiful city of Braga in Portugal. The city offers a rich history, vibrant culture, and delicious cuisine.

Visa/Work Permit:
This position requires candidates who already possess a valid visa/work permit for Portugal. Our company does not provide sponsorship for this role.
