A renowned bakery in Braga is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious breads and pastries that will delight our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked at the right temperature and for the correct amount of time
- Decorate pastries with icing, toppings, or fillings as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation practices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of goods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience working in a high-volume bakery or pastry shop
- Possess a certification or degree in Baking or Culinary Arts
