Seasonal Executive Chef - Oslo, Norway
We are seeking a passionate and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Oslo, Norway for a seasonal position. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase their culinary skills in a beautiful and bustling city.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating innovative menus using fresh and local ingredients. Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus using fresh, local ingredients
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with management on budget planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar position
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
