Junior Hotel Sales Manager - Os, Spain
As a Junior Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through developing and maintaining relationships with clients, booking agencies, and event planners. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue for our hotel in Os, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitable deals for the hotel
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or similar role preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
