Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Oslo, Norway


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel rooms and services to potential clients. You will work closely with the hotel's marketing team to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure all agreements are in line with company policies
- Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and market trends
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Contract job:
This is a contract position with no specified end date. The contract may be renewed based on performance.

Experience required:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field is required for this role.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Oslo.

Visa & Ticket:
The company will provide a free visa for the duration of the contract. A one-way ticket to Oslo will also be provided at the start of the contract.
