Concierge Assistant
As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the concierge in providing exceptional customer service to guests at our luxury hotel in Almada. Your duties will include arranging transportation, making reservations, and providing recommendations for activities and dining options. You will also assist with check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries and requests, and ensure that the lobby and public areas are clean and presentable.
