Dismantler at a Salvage Yard in Faroe Islands


We are searching for an experienced Dismantler to join our team at a salvage yard in Faroe Islands. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling vehicles and salvaging usable parts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in automotive dismantling and knowledge of vehicle systems and parts.

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles using hand tools, power tools, and cutting torches
- Identify and remove usable parts from vehicles
- Inspect parts for quality and functionality
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Maintain inventory of salvaged parts
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive dismantling
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and parts
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cutting torches
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to perform the tasks required (lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods)
- Valid work visa for Faroe Islands (if not a citizen)
- Fluent in English (Danish or Faroese language skills are a plus)

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month, based on experience. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
