Part-Time Restaurant Manager
Location: Roskilde, Denmark
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a popular restaurant in Roskilde. As the Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they provide top-notch customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistent standards are met
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus based on customer feedback and market trends
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Work with suppliers to maintain inventory levels and negotiate pricing
- Conduct regular audits of the restaurant's financial performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
