Temporary Restaurant Manager - Visa Sponsorship Available (Roskilde)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a temporary basis in Roskilde. As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, managing staff, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills preferred).
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship eligibility.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this temporary position.

Location:
This role is based in Roskilde, Denmark. However, we welcome candidates from other nationalities who are willing to relocate with the support of visa sponsorship.
