Industrial Architect


We are hiring an Industrial Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for industrial buildings and structures
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Communicate with contractors to oversee the construction process and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project progress and provide updates to clients as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (open to candidates of all nationalities)

Employment Type: Full-time
