Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Akron. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and other green areas. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it suitable for students or individuals with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to seasonality and climate
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and perform general landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas tidy
- Monitor plant health and detect any pest or disease issues
- Water plants as needed and ensure proper irrigation systems are in place
- Use gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep track of supplies and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute large-scale landscaping projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscaping principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills
- Own transportation preferred

Salary: $1100 per month
