Office Manager
Our growing company is in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing to appropriate staff members
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Location: US (remote work may be considered)
Salary: $1800/month (part-time)
