Job Title: IT Support Specialist


We are in search of a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Alta, Norway. This individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, resolving computer hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and computer hardware components
- Familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
