Job Title: IT Support Technician



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems, hardware, and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and updates.
- Set up new user accounts and maintain existing ones.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Biometric passport required.
