Part-Time Architecture Manager
Location: Monte-Carlo
Salary: $1300 per month (part-time)


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of architecture projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and construction. You will also collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or project management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of design principles and building codes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Availability to work part-time hours on weekdays and weekends

Preferences:
- Experience in luxury or high-end architecture projects
- Fluent in English (French or Italian is a plus)
- Familiarity with local building regulations in Monte-Carlo
