The Junior Computer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Aarhus, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of various software and hardware systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
