Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide guidance and support to achieve them
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase productivity
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with clients in a customer service-oriented role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)
