We are in search of a skilled and passionate Florist to join our team in Kaunas. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building our reputation in the community.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to client's preferences and budget
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their selection of arrangements
- Processing orders and arranging deliveries to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Creativity and attention to detail are essential for this role
