Experienced Florist in Kaunas


We are seeking an experienced and skilled florist to join our team in Kaunas. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. You will also be in charge of maintaining the inventory of flowers, plants, and other supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to clients' requests and specifications
- Maintaining the inventory of flowers, plants, and other supplies
- Ensuring the freshness and quality of all floral products
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Upholding cleanliness and organization in the flower shop
- Attending to customers' inquiries and taking orders over the phone or in person
- Collaborating with event planners and other vendors for large-scale events
- Handling cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a florist or floral designer
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care
- Creativity and an eye for detail to create visually appealing arrangements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with opportunities for growth within our company.

Location:
This full-time job is based in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Accommodation:
For our selected candidate who is not from Lithuania, we provide accommodation near the flower shop.
