Data Analyst - Contract Position (Gujrat, India)


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data manipulation and visualization, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in data analysis. Biometric passport and accommodation are not provided. Salary is 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and visualization tools
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data
- Create reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement through data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field (students welcome)
- Proven experience in data manipulation and analysis using SQL or other programming languages
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis or forecasting
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
