Office Manager - Sharjah, UAE
Our fast-growing company in Sharjah is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office including scheduling, budgeting, and office supply management
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail
Salary: 1600$ per month
