Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design, implement, and deploy machine learning solutions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Continuously evaluate the performance of existing models and make improvements as needed
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools
- Communicate findings and results to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
