Entry-Level Baker
As an entry-level baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts. You will work closely with the head baker and other team members to ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards. This role is ideal for someone without prior experience in a professional bakery setting, but has a passion for baking and is eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and instructions to prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and frostings
- Measure ingredients accurately and mix them according to specific techniques
- Shape doughs into desired forms before baking
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate baked goods with icing or other toppings
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being served or sold
- Clean workstations and equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Passion for baking with basic knowledge of baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills to ensure orders are completed on time
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work in a team environment
Salary: 1600$ per month
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
