Sales Manager (Contract, US)



As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, located in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets
- Train and motivate sales team to meet performance goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Proven track record in sales management role, preferably in the US market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
