Senior Architect - Contract Position in Copenhagen

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Copenhagen. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and regulations. Your experience and expertise will be crucial in leading our team to deliver high-quality and innovative designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and approve design plans, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work being done by contractors
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, materials, and methods to continuously improve the quality of designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Experience working on projects in Denmark is preferred but not required
