Contract Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a Contract Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Contract Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy for our hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve financial targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and target segments
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Salary: 1500$ per month plus commission on sales.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark.
Contract Type: Full-time, with accommodation provided.
