We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Moderator to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive online community by monitoring and moderating user-generated content. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and company policies
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them accordingly
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the community experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media management tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
