As an Agronomist, you will play a crucial role in conducting experiments and collecting data to improve crop production in the region. Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and conducting agricultural experiments
- Collect and analyze data from field trials
- Monitor crop growth and health, identify potential issues and propose solutions
- Maintain accurate records of experimental data and observations
- Prepare reports on findings and present them to the team
- Collaborate with other researchers to develop new methods or techniques for crop cultivation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in agriculture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Knowledge of various crops, their cultivation techniques, pests, diseases, and control methods
- Familiarity with research methodologies and statistical analysis software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred
