Sales Manager - Indian Nationals Preferred



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed
- Build relationships with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Develop pricing strategies for products or services based on market trends and competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products or services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Indian nationals are preferred for this role due to language requirements.
