Senior Architect Manager


We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect Manager to join our team in Washington. As the Senior Architect Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and managing a team of architects to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee the design process and provide guidance to architects on design concepts and technical details
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams and projects effectively
- Experience working on large-scale projects is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Washington (accommodation provided)
