A reputable land surveying company in Los Angeles is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data related to land boundaries, topography, and other features. This is a contract position without accommodation, making it ideal for individuals with their own visa and Indian nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys using various surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Interpreting survey data to determine boundary lines, elevations, contours, and other features
- Analyzing legal documents and records to verify property ownership and boundaries
- Preparing detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Communicating with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This role is based in Los Angeles. However, due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, remote work options may be available.
