Collections Officer

The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers. They will communicate with customers to establish payment plans, track and monitor overdue accounts, and negotiate settlement agreements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in debt collection and strong negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with customers. This is a full-time position based in Malindi, offering a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, but the company will cover the cost of the visa and ticket for foreign applicants.
