Handyman

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Shan, India. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks in our residential and commercial properties. This role requires someone with experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Install fixtures and appliances
- Repair plumbing and electrical systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and make necessary repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding repairs and maintenance schedules

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman skills
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and property managers
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1000 per month
