We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Lisbon. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats. Your duties will include creating new recipes, overseeing the production of pastries, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for pastry making, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, experience working in a professional kitchen and knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards are required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create new pastry recipes and update existing ones
- Prepare various types of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods
- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality products are consistently delivered
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs or assistants

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required
