Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant in Braga
Our small but growing company is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Braga. This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time hours in the future. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role does not offer accommodation and is open to all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and replenish as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
This part-time position offers a salary of $1200 per month.
