We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems in various industries. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to design and build scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms for various applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for utilizing machine learning
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training and testing purposes
- Implement data pipelines for efficient data processing
- Evaluate the performance of models using appropriate metrics and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing machine learning models and algorithms
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Salary: 1300$ per month (without accommodation)
Location: Porto, Portugal (Candidates from other nationalities are also welcome)
