Part Time Sales Manager (Visa Sponsorship) - Almada, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Almada on a part-time basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. You will also be in charge of managing the sales team and ensuring they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional materials
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates.
