Part-Time Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Almada on a part-time basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships in the city. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other tactics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our company's products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Almada
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
Salary:
This is a part-time position paying 1100$ per month.
Location:
This role is based in Almada. Candidates must be currently living or willing to relocate within the city.
