Online Consultant - Faroe Islands

As an Online Consultant in the beautiful Faroe Islands, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to clients through various online platforms. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer service principles. You should also be comfortable working with technology and have a good understanding of various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products or services

- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by building strong relationships

- Utilize various online platforms to connect with clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good understanding of customer service principles and practices

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
