Concierge

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and inquiries. Your main duties will include making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and activities.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. A high level of proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.

In addition to providing outstanding customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area. You must be able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
