Entry-level Concierge in Faroe Islands


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-level Concierge in Faroe Islands. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at local establishments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Keep track of inventory of amenities and supplies for guests

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree or certification is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1700$ per month without accommodation. This salary is negotiable based on experience.
